6.- Advising a leading UK P&I Club and their members regarding the grounding of the M/V "ERIMO".

7.- Advising the hull underwriters and the owners of the M/V "KOPALNIA SOSNOWIEC" in relation to a claim for an alleged salvage off Ceuta.

8.- Advising a leading P&I Club and their members in relation to the sanctionary proceedings commenced by the Harbour Master of La Coruña following an alleged oil spill from the Spanish tanker "BULDURI".

9.- Advising a leading UK P&I Club on the sinking of the F/V "AROSA" and the death of 11 crewmembers.

10.- Advising leading Spanish hull underwriters regarding the sinking of the vessel "HASAT".

11.- Advising a leading P&I Club and their members in relation to court proceedings commenced against them for alleged dock damage caused in the port of Castellon by the M/V "KRITI SKY".

12.- Advising the owners of the M/V "SOLARO" in relation to the collision with the M/V "PEARL 1" in the Straits of Gibraltar.

15.- Advising a leading London P&I Club and their members on a claim for damage caused by Spanish stevedores to the M/V "BALCHIK".

17.- Advising UK hull underwriters regarding the collision between the M/V "FORMENTERA JET" and the super yacht "CONSTELLATION".

18.- Advising a leading P&I Club and their members on the collision between the M/V "ALEKO KONSTANTINOV" and the Ro-Ro" BAHIA DE CEUTA" in the Straits of Gibraltar.
